I wanted to write to express my utmost commendations to the service team at Teigngrace and to the technical team at Somerset.
As lockdown eased slightly, we took a weekend day-trip in our new-to-us Rapido, bought on 1st February from the Devon branch. Unfortunately, a severe leak from the fresh-water tank became apparent, so I drained the system and emailed for help on the Monday morning. I believe it was Darren who arranged for Chris Francois to call me from home to see what could be done. He agreed that the situation was beyond telephone help so gave me Catherine Jenkins' email address and advised me to contact her to find out whether our motorhome could be seen when the service bay reopened.
Catherine said she would do her best and subsequently arranged for me to bring the motorhome in on the very first day of opening (1st June). Within short order, the amazing Ben had removed the tank and discovered a split. Catherine ordered a new tank and it was fitted along with an extra cable-run which I had requested, in time for me to collect by the end of the month.
Throughout this episode, the team has shown exemplary service. Nothing has been too much trouble. Chris F even called and emailed to make sure that I had been booked in. Catherine was incredibly efficient and Ben left no stone unturned in ensuring that a proper job was done, including changing a suspect T-connection under the tank which he thought was looking weak.
These are staff of the highest calibre, as I am sure you already know. They have been outstanding ambassadors for the company and I hope that you can find a way to recognise their efforts.

A year ago we purchased a Rapido 640 from Highbridge Caravans. During the last year we have had issues with repairs, some large, some small. Now that our one year warranty period is over would like to thank Highbridge for the excellent aftersales service given by members of staff. In particular Chris Francois who always followed up my requests punctually with emails giving advice and phone calls to ensure all was being sorted. Similarly Leighton Grant was very helpful ensuring repairs and payments were made promptly. It is good to know that Highbridge maintains a high degree of excellent service for its customer. I will certainly recommend Highbridge to others with confidence they will also receive the same standard of service.

Can I just say a very big thank you to Jemma and your team. My Caravan had a leak in the sky light. If it wasnât for your team I would have had to cancel my holiday. Iâm currently looking to upgrade to another caravan/camper shortly and I will always use Highbridge Caravans. Your team have gone above and beyond, and I canât thank them enough. Great work !!
I felt the need to contact Highbridge about the fantastic service we received yesterday. We purchased 2 new caravans from the Teigngrace branch a couple of years ago and I came across an issue with one of them yesterday whilst I was on holiday in Cornwall. I spoke over the telephone to a Technician in the Service department called Chris who went above and beyond what was required of him. His advice made what seemed like a catastrophe to us, a problem that was easily resolvable. All too often people are too quick to complain and seldom compliment good service so I really would like to praise Chris for his incredibly positive and helpful attitude.
Hi, Over the last few years we have bought 2 second hand caravans & various accessories from your branch in Highbridge & every time we come down the customer service has been exceptional. The last caravan we bought was in October 2019 & we have been absolutely delighted with her. We went away a few weeks ago & found that there was a problem with the water, so I popped down armed with a video of the problem, it was thought that the fuse board was the problem so I was given a replacement for free to swap over, I did this but the problem still remained so I called back & arranged to take the van down that day, however I had some problem hooking up & running our of time I called & asked if it would be ok to re-arrange for the following Wednesday & was told no problem, I also mentioned my concern that we had only had it for 18 months & have not been able to use it due to lockdown but I was straight away told, no problem Mr Harvey we had already decided to do the work under warranty. I would just like to express my sincere gratitude to you & to Leighton & all the team for the outstanding customer service that you always give, in this day & age it is very rare. Hi Rob Just want to thank Highbridge for the excellent service today we received today collecting our unicorn Vigo. The handover given by Steve was first Class.so thorough and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The guys in the shop, Kerry and of course yourself made our purchase run very smoothly. Pleased we did it today rather than tomorrow! Hi Rob I write further to placing our order with you this past Saturday and must thankyou for making the purchase a very pleasant experience. Its clear we were not prepared to stumble across the very caravan we had wished for given there are none on any Southwest Dealers website, our visit was merely to confirm we were looking at the right brand and layout. Suffice it to say we are absolutely delighted to have found this barely used 3yr old GT70 and look forward to the 4th June!! In discovering the 2018 Spec from Bailey its clear there is a 100W solar panel standard which we saw the controller panel for above the fridge but thought that was the battery charger controller, thats a brilliant discovery/realisation, icing on the cake. It was a pleasure to negotiate with you and secure the caravan we were searching for albeit 2 years newer and of higher spec than we might have anticipated. Please feel free to share this communication with your management, particularly, our delight with the process and your valued assistance in making the purchase that we did. Just had to say, purchased & collected our caravan today, 21/Oct. must say thanks to the following gentleman who helped us in every way with their very professional advice, totally impressed with their knowledge & customer relationship, being a retired police officer & dealing with many people these gentlemen are tops...
