With the tragedy and devastation the staff had to endure during these last few days when recovering from their fire. I have nothing more than praise for the way in which I have been treated.
My caravan was on the site for it's annual service when the disaster happened . Not finding out until late Sunday night what had happened and not being able to reach anybody til the Monday you can imagine a night of unrest endured by my wife.
I phoned Highbridge first thing Monday understandably they were inundated with calls so I left a message, waiting no longer phoned again shortly after to which I spoke to Tina on reception within seconds in a calm and reassuring manner was told all was ok Matt Davies a director of the company told her my caravan was ok. With all that must of been going on that day he new and cared about my caravan and could reply in an instant.
Later that day a call from Highbridge, Dean from the Service Dept to reassure and tell me my caravan was ok and the service had been completed, wasn't expecting to see that for a week or so due to the incident.
Again later that day another call from Highbridge replying to my answer machine message the young lady (sorry forgot her name ) apologised for the delay in answering and reassured me my caravan was ok.
What more could anyone ask for, could you thank all your staff for the care and consideration shown to us during this difficult time
Karen, Thanks to you, Rita and the lady on the Parts counter [I didn't get her name] for propelling me over the moon this morning. My tray arrived to add to the little transparent stoppers you had already sent me.
As soon as we walked on the site at Highbridge Caravans, we felt there was something different about the place. You three have shown us what it is: people going about their job naturally without fuss and making life easier for customers. It is something to be highly prized.

We purchased a Coachman Vision 575 design caravan on 1 March and we cannot express the remarkable service we received thoughtout the process from the initial sales enquiry to the collection of the caravan. All the different personnel we dealt with were professional and polite, the handover process was a breeze! Could not fault anything! Even the after sales service as been excellent following a problem when we got our caravan home, after 24 hours the problem seems to be rectified as we speak!

Even though we purchased a used caravan from you, the problem we had a few months after arriving home, (with the sealant around the window), was professionally, and promptly dealt with. After experience over the last year, during which I sold a used motorhome,
bought a new one and had it serviced I rate the service I have received at Highbridge as excellent.
Pre-delivery work was of a very high standard, in particular the craftsmanship of additional work I required.
I have found the staff in all areas, including receptionists, to be friendly, polite, extremely helpful and accommodating.
Overall the experience has been pleasant and stress free and I would not hesitate to recommend Highbridge to anyone.
I bought a Thermal external blind (Milenco) for my motorhome back in March this year, I was extremely pleased with this product, last time out in November I encountered a night of heavy rain, on getting up and taking the blind off I noticed it was 1/3rd full of water, I could not drain it so had to put some slits in the case so I could pack up to go home, I emailed Milenco to tell them of this problem and they apologized and asked me to take the item back to Highbridge Caravans as this problem should not have occurred, Highbridge shop sales staff were absolutely fantastic and sorted the problem and gave me a replacement blind even though I had lost the receipt they checked on their sales record, I won't go anywhere else for my motorhome bits and bobs again,
