Wecollected our Swift Challenger caravan on the 5th Sept,brought it home and fitted it out with all the things we would need to go out and about in it.On Friday 13th we took it out for our first trip to go to River Dart Country Club.When we arrived we set up and attempted to turn things on but the electrics did not work. I phoned your office and said we were in trouble.You sent two very polite helpful,knowledgeable men to help us out.They fitted a new control panel and got us up and running.Thank you for your help and quick response (they were with us within the hour),so we were able to have a great weekend for our first time out in our caravan. To all the staff at Highbridge,you are the caravan equivalent to Carlsberg lager, Probably the best company in the world!. From purchase to a couple of teething problems the service we received was out of this world. I will never purchase a van from another company again.
I collected my new Caravan yesterday and I wanted to thank everyone for such an amazing service. Jackie and Tony at handover were fantastic, we felt so confident about the van and how it worked after such a comprehensive run through. The van looked spotless and everything had been prepared for us, they made sure we were hitched up correctly and even stuck on our number plate for us! The sales staff were helpful and completed our paperwork quickly and efficiently, the Awning department and the shop staff also deserve a mention for being helpful and friendly. What a great company to deal with all round, we love our new van and would highly recommend Highbridge Caravans, my Mum and Dad recommended us to you as they bought their van from you, and its not often you have a whole family delighted with the service they have received from a company. I would like to say a big thank you to Mike Ford in sales and Steve on the hand over for all they did for my wife and I from the time we arrived at Highbridge from Mike Ford to finding our caravan to the purchase he couldn't have been more helpful to Steve who did the hand over and the staff in the awning department and the shop for all their help.

Just a quick message of praise for Ben who works in the Service Section of the Devon branch. We arranged to meet with him today so that he could explain how we should deal with some issues we have been having with the gas system on our Hymer Duo Mobile, a vehicle that we bought from the Somerset branch last October. Ben was polite, patient and clear with his explanations of how to deal with all of our concerns. We left the site feeling very happy that we have an extension of the Highbridge company, now here in Devon, much closer to our home in Plymouth.
